- All shipping addresses are verified prior to dispatch. If the provided address is incomplete or invalid, SecoMart team will contact you to request an update, and the order will be placed on hold until a valid shipping address is received. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their shipping address. Additional shipping fees may apply for address corrections, re-routing, or re-delivery. SecoMart reserves the right to cancel any order with incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid shipping information if a valid address is not provided in a timely manner.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before shipment. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotions, or due to verification requirements.
- All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SecoMart is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Orders that have already been shipped, are in transit, or have a tracking number issued generally cannot be canceled. If you choose to cancel an order or refuse delivery after the package has been dispatched from SecoMart for any reason, the order will be handled in accordance with SecoMart’s Return and Refund Policy. In such cases, all shipping and handling charges incurred will be your responsibility and will be deducted from any applicable refund.
- The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations of the destination. Please note that any applicable duties, import taxes, tariffs, and other fees may be assessed by the courier or local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total, are beyond SecoMart’s control, and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
