If a product purchased from SecoMart does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) email. This email will include all required instructions, return details, and the designated shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and may result in lost packages. In such cases, SecoMart is not responsible or liable for the shipment. RMA authorizations are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance. Products received after the RMA expiration date may be rejected. Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for return or refund.
To be eligible for a return and refund—and to avoid any delays or denial in processing your request—please ensure the product meets all of the following criteria:
The product for return and all included contents must be:
1- Purchased directly from SecoMart and returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
2- Returned in new condition, in the original, intact packaging, unassembled and unmounted, with no signs of use, and shipped securely.
3- Includes all original accessories, components, manuals, and packaging materials, with original labels intact.
4- Shows no alterations or modifications, including (but not limited to) changes to contents, wiring, connections, paint, or any evidence of removed screws or fasteners.
5- Free from any damage of any kind, including abuse, scratches, cracks, dents, defacement, or damage resulting from power surges.
All returned products are thoroughly inspected by SecoMart upon receipt to verify compliance with the return eligibility criteria. SecoMart reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the returned product meets these requirements. The inspection process may take up to 7 business days from the date the return is received. If the returned product fails to meet the eligibility criteria, the return and refund request will be rejected. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume full risk of loss or damage during shipment to SecoMart. If a return or refund request is rejected, you will be charged for the cost of shipping the product back to you.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days, or sooner, after the return has been processed. To avoid deductions for restocking fees, repackaging fees, or missing parts, please ensure the product is returned in like-new condition, with no signs of use, including all original contents, components, and packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Orders refused, returned due to incorrect shipping information, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be treated as returns. All applicable shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

· Hard drives, SD cards, and storages
· Batteries and power adapters
· Final sale and clearance items
· Handling and shipping fees
. Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
· Service, installation, setup, and labor costs
SecoMart reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. All return requests are subject to review, and SecoMart’s decision shall be final.
