When a valid deletion request is received, personal information associated with the account that is under Elder Technology's control will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is reasonably necessary or legally permitted for purposes such as legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, recordkeeping requirements, or enforcement of applicable agreements.
Deleting an Elder Pro account may not automatically delete recordings or information stored on an NVR, SD card, memory card, mobile device, recorder, or other user-controlled storage system.

Users may manage applicable permissions through Android settings.
Disabling a permission may prevent certain Elder Pro features from operating correctly.
Where required by applicable law or app-store policy, Elder Pro will provide appropriate in-App disclosures and obtain user consent before accessing personal or sensitive information in circumstances that may not reasonably be expected by the user.

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent.
Users may also have the right to submit a complaint to the applicable data-protection authority.
